Terms of Service & Licensing Framework

1. Master Services Agreement
By accessing AegisCore Security & Cloud Technologies, purchasing cloud hosting, domains, web design, or ordering cybersecurity services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Cybersecurity Testing Rules of Engagement (ROE)
Customers commissioning offensive cybersecurity services (including Web Application Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Scanning) explicitly affirm and legally warrant that they own or possess formal written authorization from the infrastructure owner to test the submitted targets. AegisCore strictly rejects and prohibits any unauthorized third-party penetration attempts.
3. Website Template Store Licensing Terms
Purchased ready-made website templates are governed by non-exclusive digital licenses linked to a unique cryptographic license key (ABR-WEB-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX):
- • Commercial License: Grants the licensee the right to create one (1) single live end-product for personal use or for one client. Re-distributing or reselling the template source code is strictly prohibited.
- • Extended License: Grants the licensee the right to incorporate the template into unlimited end-products or SaaS applications where end users pay to access the software.
4. Hosting & Domain Lifecycle
Web hosting packages operate on recurring monthly or annual billing. Services not renewed within the 7-day grace period may be temporarily suspended. Terminations occur after 30 days of non-payment. Domains are renewed according to international ICANN and regional registry deadlines.
5. Refund Policy
Cloud hosting packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain name registrations, active penetration testing labor, and downloaded digital website template files are non-refundable once activated or transferred.
